On September 1, 2026, the company hosted its 12th New Graduate Induction Ceremony. A total of 143 graduates with college degrees or higher attended the event.

Dr. Wang Xiaokun, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a welcome speech themed "The sea is boundless where fish leap; the sky is boundless where birds fly." He reviewed the company's development journey and shared his expectations for the new graduates: stay grounded and start from the grassroots level and from small things; be modest and eager to learn, take the initiative to seek advice from senior colleagues, and continually build up your own reserves; be courageous in taking on challenges without fear of failure, and grow into the backbone of the company in the near future.

Hu Yiheng, an employee in the automatic lathe department and the new graduate representative, shared his reflections on joining the company. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the mentors who patiently guided him and stated that he would work closely with the company and develop alongside it. Sun Yifan, Director of the Wuhan Branch, speaking as a senior representative, shared his experience based on his own career growth journey, advising all the new employees to deepen their expertise with focus, build a solid foundation, dare to take on responsibility, value teamwork, and become capable of working independently as soon as possible.
